Meet Head Coach: Jose Thadeu Gonçalves

Our Head Coach, Thadeu, is passionate about helping young players grow, both on and off the field. He truly believes that soccer, as a "worldwide language," can bring people together and inspire peace through learning and teamwork.

His personal journey began in Brazil in 1979 with the professional club Paulista FC in São Paulo. From his early playing career, Coach Thadeu recognized the need for true educational guidance in the game. This powerful realization fueled a new ambition: to become the best youth educator in the game. As an educator, he provides precise guidance, explaining the "why, when, and how" of every concept to ensure his players develop genuine game intelligence.

Coach Thadeu's vision extends far beyond the field. His comprehensive program is specifically designed to guide young athletes through the entire athletic, mental, and career management journey, enabling them to achieve their dreams at the collegiate and professional levels. This commitment culminates in international exchange programs between the USA and Brazil, where top-performing players gain the highest level of competitive skill to launch successful careers both in the United States and abroad.
